Adams Golf Introduces Idea Pro Gold Hybrid and Hybrid Irons

PLANO, TEXAS, May 14, 2008 – Adams Golf (NasdaqCM:ADGF) introduces the latest offering of its successful and industry-leading Idea franchise with the new Idea Pro Gold hybrid and hybrid irons. Designed for better players, the premium set features two Pro Gold hybrids that deliver a penetrating ball flight and extra forgiveness along with six forged, tour-quality irons that deliver exceptional feel and workability. The Idea Pro Gold hybrid may also be purchased individually.

With its Idea hybrids ranking as the most-played on the 2008 PGA, Champions and Nationwide Tours, Adams Golf engineers were able to canvass the tours with hybrid prototypes in an effort to gain feedback from the world's best golfers. The result is the Idea Pro Gold hybrid that utilizes advanced geometric shaping (known as Boxer Technology), an improved maraging steel face and an enhanced weighting system. The result is a new standard in hybrids designed for elite players, combining 5% more forgiveness on off-center hits with a 10% improvement in launch conditions while retaining the look, feel and workability that has made the Idea Pro hybrid the #1 hybrid played on tour.

The 5-PW forged irons appeal to better players with a thin top line and sole. An 8620 carbon steel head is finished with a mirror-chrome plating that adds a premium look to the set. The constant offset through the irons offer better control for players wanting to work their ball flight and the 14% volume increase in the face grooves result in better accuracy and feel.

"We're proud to introduce the Idea Pro Gold hybrid and hybrid irons to consumers after thoroughly and successfully testing the product on tour for over a year in which we gained invaluable feedback from, not only or tour staff pros, but also hundreds of players with various swing types and launch conditions," said Chip Brewer, Adams Golf president and CEO. "We're delivering a product that we feel has unique qualities and benefits that better players will appreciate and we're eager to strengthen our leadership position in the hybrid and hybrid iron categories with this new set."

The stock shaft for the Idea Pro Gold Boxer Hybrid is the Mitsubishi Rayon JAVLN FX 80-gram graphite shaft. The stock shaft for the forged irons is the Precision Rifle Project X Flighted steel shaft. The Golf Pride DD2 grip is the stock offering in the 8-piece set and the hybrid headcovers are gold and black striped knit socks from Rocket Tour.

The 8-piece sets begin shipping to golf shops June 1 with a suggested retail price of $1,099 for graphite and $899 for steel.

The SRP for the individual Pro Gold Boxer Hybrids is $219

New Insight XTD Hybrid-Fairway Wood Loaded With Technology to Obsolete Conventional Fairway Woods
PLANO, TEXAS, January 9, 2008 – Adams Golf (OTCBB:ADGO) introduces the Insight XTD Hybrid-Fairway Wood, the latest innovation from the hybrid leader that combines the easy-to-hit performance of the company's hybrids with the increased distance of its fairway woods. The Insight XTD Hybrid-Fairway Wood is positioned to stoke an otherwise stagnant fairway wood category that has lacked the technological advancements compared to drivers, hybrids and irons of the past few years.

"We set out to create a new breed of club that has the potential to stimulate the fairway wood category and offer golfers the same, advanced technology they've become accustomed to in their drivers, hybrids and irons," said Tim Reed, vice president of research and development at Adams Golf. "Using a different swing for your driver, fairway wood and hybrid is no longer necessary with the new Insight XTD Hybrid-Fairway Wood.

Featuring the same patented Boxer Technology of the company's hybrids, the Insight XTD Hybrid-Fairway Wood exceeds the Moment of Inertia (MOI) of conventional fairway woods by 41%, yet maintains a 19% lower spin rate that results in increased forgiveness, more efficient launch conditions, and greater distance. The increased inertial properties around the hosel are similar to the high MOI drivers and hybrids on the market today, allowing golfers to utilize the same swing throughout the three club types.

The unique sole design of the Insight XTD Hybrid-Fairway Wood reduces ground contact by 22% compared to oversized fairway woods increasing the versatility and playability off the ground. The shaping of the Insight XTD Hybrid-Fairway Wood allows for a long drive off the tee with easy-to-hit performance off the ground, specifically at an average of 11 more yards compared to conventional oversized fairway woods.

"We've combined the benefits of our hybrids with our legendary fairway wood design and are excited to offer consumers another innovative product that they've come to expect from us," said Chip Brewer, Adams Golf president and CEO. "We're a category leader in hybrids and hybrid iron sets, we've had a long history of fairway wood success, and will now lead the industry into a new category."

The Insight XTD Hybrid-Fairway Wood will start shipping Feb. 1 and is available in three men's models.

Adams Golf Tops Hybrid Count at PGA TOUR Q-School
Adams Golf Staff Pro Tommy "Two Gloves" Gainey Earns PGA TOUR Card
PLANO, TEXAS, December 4, 2007 - For the second year in a row, Adams Golf hybrids were the overwhelming choice by the pros at the PGA TOUR National Qualifying Tournament, according to the Darrell Survey. The field of 166 golfers, trying to earn their way onto the 2008 PGA TOUR, played a total of 155 hybrids, with Adams Golf hybrids leading the category and accounting for over 40% (65) of that total. This was the 18th time this year that Adams Golf was the top hybrid choice at a PGA TOUR event.

Along with having the #1 hybrid played at Q-School, five of the 26 players who earned full exempt status for next season carried Adams Golf hybrids in their bags, including the Idea Pro and the new Idea a3 Boxer. Among the 26 "graduates" was Adams Golf Tour Staff Pro Tommy "Two Gloves" Gainey who finished at 15-under-par. Gainey has risen quickly from playing several years on regional mini tours and a few events this past year on the Nationwide Tour to now playing on the biggest stage in professional golf.

"A lot of my friends believed in me when I didn't and they convinced me," said Gainey, who burst onto the golf scene by winning the Golf Channel's "Big Break IV". "If you have a dream, follow it. And don't let anyone detour you away from it."

The PGA TOUR Q-School wraps up an exceptional 2007 campaign for Adams Golf on tour. According to Darrell Survey data, Adams Golf had 3,724 of its hybrids played on the PGA, Champions and Nationwide Tours in 2007. The next two closest competitors had 2,315 and 1,130 of their hybrids put in play, respectively. Adams Golf finished with the #1 hybrid on the Champions and Nationwide Tours, and the #2 hybrid played on the PGA TOUR.

Adams Golf Tour Staff Pros also finished in the winner's circle 12 times this year on three different tours. Bernhard Langer, Tom Watson, Brad Bryant, R.W. Eaks, and D.A. Weibring posted wins on the Champions Tour, while Brittany Lincicome captured her second victory on the LPGA Tour. Brad Elder and Scott Sterling earned a trip to the 2008 PGA TOUR with their wins on the Nationwide Tour this past year.

Adams Golf Goes The Distance With New Insight XTD Drivers
The Official Driver of Long Drivers of America

PLANO, TEXAS, November 14, 2007 - Adams Golf (OTCBB:ADGO) announces the launch of the new Insight XTD Drivers, designed specifically for greater distance by expanding the impact zone of the face for maximized ball speed on center and off-center hits and through Boxer Technologyä, the innovative geometric shaping used in the company's industry-leading hybrids.

Adams Golf engineers created two different models with the goal of gaining maximum distance for all types of swing speeds. The draw biased Insight XTD a3OS is targeted for slower swing speeds with the CG positioned farther back and toward the heel of the club to help close the face at impact for better distance. The neutral biased Insight XTD a3 features mass properties that achieve optimal launch conditions for medium to high swing speed players.

"We achieved our goal of creating two distinct driver models with one common purpose, more distance," said Tim Reed, vice president of research and development at Adams Golf. "These are high MOI drivers but not at the expense of less distance like others in the market. By utilizing the advanced shaping and weight distribution of Boxer Technology, we successfully optimized the mass properties for distance first, then forgiveness."

The design and performance of the Insight XTD Drivers got the attention of the industry's authority on distance, Long Drivers of Americaâ. Beginning in 2008, the Insight XTD will be the official driver of the LDA, which includes the RE/MAX World Long Drive Championship and the Exceptional Driver Championship. The Insight XTD Drivers will be in the hands of the game's most powerful ball strikers as they compete in the premier event in power golf with long drive's largest purse.
